Flowers

A flower can contain innumerable meanings: with a flower you can tell a person that is loved, to thank someone for something or, more simply, to give pleasure to oneself or to others. Understanding its complex aesthetical side, however, is quite different.

Gian Paolo Barbieri has gathered here an exceptional corpus of work, in which the flowers, through complex compositions in which forms, lights and colors are woven, they emit all of their shine.

The volume, published in 2015 by Silvana Editoriale, tells the readers the relationship between Barbieri, nature and his photographic technique.
